New Learning Opportunity: “Climate Change and Adaptation on Ecosystems and Societies” MOOC

The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Just Fossil Fuel Transition is to share a new learning opportunity for students, climate activists, and citizens interested on climate change, climate justice and just transition topics: the Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) “Climate Change and adaptation on ecostystems and societies”.

The Climate Change and Adaptation on Ecoystems and Societies online course on the Life Long Learning Platform of Padova University spans 12 hours of training (video and quizs) and 38 hours of indivdual work using diverse didactic resourses such as references and presentations. At the end of the course, participants will be awarded an attendance certificate. This is a learning opportunity to strengthen your academic background and/or expand your knowledge about climate change, climate justice and just transition.

The MOOC is organized into five interconnected modules. Each module features a series of short, focused video lectures, all lasting no more than 14 minutes. At the end of every module, participants complete a quiz designed to assess understanding and consolidate learning. Once all activities are successfully completed, you will receive a certificate of attendance
